Silver Raptor DCZ

At over eight meters long, the Silver Raptor is not only the largest boat model in the fiberglass series, but also the largest Silver boat ever.
The boat was designed by Norwegian design agency Eker Design AS and the hull utilizes Swedish Petestep Ab’s unique, patented Petestep® technology.

The bold and formal design is balanced by focusing the interior on clean lines and calm and harmonious shades of gray. Black details and a deck in cool brown-toned wood composite provide contrast. The end result is a stylish, modern and timeless Scandinavian-style Day Cruiser that has a wide user base.

Driving the Silver Raptor is both comfortable and impressive. Thanks to the Petestep® hull, the boat is very dry from sea spray and surprisingly quiet, as well as behaving consistently in all conditions and being stable to drive. The boat’s streamlined windshield, which extends far out along the sides, effectively protects the driver, co-driver and passengers from airflow while offering the driver unrestricted visibility. The driver’s section of the windshield has a defroster as a standard feature, which prevents the windshield from fogging up.
The steering console has been designed with both style and ergonomics in mind; the driving position and visibility is good whether the boat is being driven seated or standing, and the driver’s double swing seat provides good support. A Raymarine Axiom multifunction display/chartplotter is fitted to the dashboard as standard, with space for a separate tablet.

The space at the stern is ideal for socializing, thanks to its generous U-shaped sofa. The two-part table that can be placed on the aft deck is large enough to easily accommodate eight people. By lowering the table surface, a large sun deck is formed at the stern. This sun deck can also be used as a sleeping area for two adults. The toilet space in the forepeak and the galley on the port side, complete with gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, sink and tap and “kitchen bench”, contribute to further comfort on board. The dual battery system ensures the power supply.

The Silver Raptor has plenty of space for both sleeping and packing. At least six people can comfortably sleep on board; four in the forepeak and two on the aft deck under the 3-piece canopy. On the inner side of the aft cabin, an optional blackout curtain can be used to provide privacy for those sleeping in the stern. The curtain range also includes a center curtain, which limits visibility from the forepeak to the aft double bed.
There is plenty of storage space both inside the U-shaped sofa in the stern and under the double bed in the cabin. Other storage spaces can be found, for example, under the driver’s double seat, inside the steering console, in the galley and in the cabin shelf. There are special storage boxes for fenders in the corners of the stern, and large boxes for mooring lines and anchors in connection with the bathing platforms. On the foredeck there is a separate rope box with an integrated, fold-down boarding ladder.

The standard level of equipment is absolutely nothing to complain about. The following are included as standard:
9″ Raymarine Axiom+ chartplotter with sonar sensor, 260 liter fuel tank, two windshield wipers, bow thruster, cabin and stern seat cushions, cabin carpet and wood composite decking in the cockpit, on swim platforms and foredeck, a 3-piece stern canopy, two-piece table for the stern cockpit, as well as dual battery system and pressurized water system. The accessory list includes a curtain series, harbor canopy, heater, automatic trim tab system and servo steering. Integrated solar panels for the foredeck and a 25 A shore power system can also be selected from the accessory list.

Silver Raptor DC is a leisure boat in the true sense of the word, suitable for both family and large groups of friends. It is a sporty yet functional and timeless Day Cruiser, which turns heads when it arrives at the harbor.
